Every year the city of Zanesville

complains because they run out of road salt and they don't have money to buy more. It is probably because they dump it all over the road like they did tonight. It's 57 degrees outside and pouring down rain. The nightly low is predicted to be 41 degrees with more rain. No sign of ice or snow at all. Not even the slightest chance. Maybe they are practicing for winter?
